Retention Team Lead

A product with its own affiliate network is looking for a Team Lead to scale its Retention direction. The role involves managing a team of up to 5 people, building email/push communications, segmentation and loyalty mechanics, and analyzing LTV, ARPPU, GGR/NGR metrics and cohort churn. The position is remote, with a fixed salary plus KPI and a growth path to Head of Retention.

What you'll do

• Manage a team of up to 5 people
• Launch and develop email/push communications, segmentation, welcome chains and loyalty mechanics
• Calculate bonuses and analyze metrics (LTV, ARPPU, GGR/NGR)
• Analyze cohorts, churn and user drop-off points

What we need

• 2+ years of leadership experience in Retention/CRM in iGaming
• English at B2 or above

Nice to have

• Experience with LATAM
• Experience with the Sports vertical
