Team Lead of Facebook Farming Department

The company is looking for a Team Lead for the Facebook farming department. The candidate will be responsible for managing the team, communicating with contractors in English, and organizing processes using task managers and knowledge bases.

What you'll do

• Manage a team of Facebook farmers
• Ensure understanding of Facebook moderation, interface, errors, and blocks
• Use task managers (Asana, Teamly) and knowledge bases (Notion) to organize work
• Communicate with contractors in English via text

What we need

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Proficient with Google Workspace (sheets, docs)
• Understanding of Facebook structure (moderation, interface, errors, blocks)
• Proficient with task managers (Asana, Teamly and similar)
• Proficient with knowledge bases (Notion or similar, writing guides)
• Skills with browsers, proxies, and card services
• Ability to communicate with contractors in English via text (B1-B2 level)
