CRM Retention Team Lead (LATAM)

A LATAM-focused iGaming project is looking for a CRM Retention Team Lead to develop the retention direction and grow player LTV. Responsibilities include managing CRM strategy, optimizing communication chains, launching campaigns, analytics, and team management.

What you'll do

• Managing CRM strategy and developing the team
• Optimizing communication chains (Email, Push, SMS, WhatsApp) and working with segments
• Launching welcome/loyalty/reactivation campaigns, increasing LTV, ARPPU, NGR, redeposit
• Analytics, A/B testing, and hypothesis testing

What we need

• Hands-on leader with 2+ years of experience in CRM Retention
• Understanding of player metrics, segmentation, and bonus mechanics
• Team management experience
