CRM Retention Team Lead (LATAM)

A LATAM project is looking for a CRM Retention Team Lead to develop the retention direction and grow player LTV. Responsibilities: managing CRM strategy, optimizing chains (Email, Push, SMS, WhatsApp), launching campaigns, analytics and A/B testing. Requirements: 2+ years of experience in CRM Retention, understanding of metrics and bonus mechanics. Spanish is a plus. Remote, full-time.
