RD Sales Manager (FOREX)

The employer is looking for a strong RD Sales Manager to work with an existing client base in the FOREX vertical. The key task is building long-term communication with clients after their first deposit and increasing the number of repeat deposits. GEO: CIS / LATAM.

What you'll do

• Process inbound traffic and the existing client base via CRM
• Work with clients after the first deposit: re-engage them in communication and stimulate repeat deposits
• Identify client needs and handle doubts and objections
• Increase conversion to first and repeat deposits
• Increase average deposit and client base LTV
• Reactivate clients who stopped depositing or reduced activity
• Maintain the client base in CRM: log communications, statuses and results
• Test and improve communication approaches to increase sales effectiveness

What we need

• RD experience is mandatory
• Ability to work with clients after the first deposit and drive them to repeat deposits
• Ability to handle objections, doubts and rejections and build trusting communication with the client
• Skill in client retention and developing long-term relationships with the client base
• Focus on measurable results: deposits, conversion, average check and repeat deposits
• Ability to work in CRM, follow regulations and systematically maintain the client base

Nice to have

• Experience in FOREX, BO, CFD or other financial verticals
