UA Manager / Media Buyer (Meta Ads) — Web Funnels

A performance team is looking for a UA Manager / Media Buyer to run Meta Ads across several products in Mental Health, Weight Loss, Astrology, and Pets niches. Fully remote, targeting US GEO via web2web funnels. High autonomy and product impact.

What you'll do

• Launch and scale Meta Ads across multiple products
• Test creatives, audiences, landing pages, and offers
• Analyze the funnel (CPM, CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS)
• Set tasks for designers and landing page developers
• Find insights through competitor analysis and spy services
• Maintain documentation of tests and hypotheses

What we need

• 2–4 years of experience in Performance Marketing / UA, with Meta Ads as the primary channel
• Mandatory experience with web2web; web2app is a plus
• Experience with test budgets of $10–20K
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of unit economics
• English B1+
