Head of Affiliate Support

The company is looking for a Head of Affiliate Support in iGaming. The role involves managing partner support, SLA compliance, and onboarding new partners. Work is remote, full-time.

What you'll do

• Support affiliate partners
• Handle and coordinate incoming requests via CRM and ticketing systems
• Monitor SLA compliance and timely resolution of tickets
• Escalate complex cases and coordinate resolution with internal teams
• Conduct onboarding of new partners and support during launch phase
• Monitor service quality and identify areas for improvement

What we need

• Experience in a similar position
• Experience in the iGaming industry
• Ability to work effectively in a multitasking environment
• High level of responsibility and attention to detail
• English Upper-Intermediate
