Senior Support Specialist

We are looking for a Senior Support Specialist for a new online casino + sportsbook brand. We need someone who is not afraid of uncertainty, can work autonomously, understands how support works in casino + sportsbook, and is ready to participate in setting up the Support function for launch. The main focus is LATAM, so understanding service localization, customer experience, and support as part of retention, as well as conversational Spanish, are important.

What you'll do

• Participate in setting up the support function for a new brand launch
• Develop and implement SOPs, QA, training, and escalation procedures
• Ensure high-level customer experience and service localization for LATAM
• Work with support tools and coordinate with VIP/retention teams

What we need

• Experience in iGaming
• Fluent Spanish (conversational)
• Experience setting up support function
• Understanding of casino and sportsbook support
• Experience with SOP, QA, training, escalations, tooling

Nice to have

• Experience with VIP and retention
