We are looking for a Head of Customer Operations with 5+ years of experience in iGaming and hands-on experience managing Customer Operations in B2C iGaming and/or Betting. Must have experience building processes and teams from scratch, deep understanding of Customer Support, KYC, AML, Payments, Responsible Gaming, Risk & Fraud.
