Senior Affiliate Manager

A large international iGaming project is actively growing and seeking a Senior Affiliate Manager. The role requires 3+ years of affiliate marketing experience, with at least 2 years focused on India, Bangladesh, and Pakistan markets. Must understand CPA, RevShare, Hybrid models and be able to analyze metrics like deposits and conversions.

What you'll do

• Search and attract new partners
• Develop the existing partner base
• Negotiations
• Analyze traffic efficiency
• Optimize KPIs
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams

What we need

• At least 3 years of affiliate experience, including 2 years with India, Bangladesh, Pakistan geo
• Understanding of CPA, RevShare, Hybrid
• Experience in attracting and developing affiliates
• Ability to analyze metrics (deposits, conversions)
• Knowledge of English and Russian
