VIP Retention Manager

We are looking for a Retention Manager to work on retention, loyalty programs, and engaging mechanics. Remote or hybrid in Cyprus.

What you'll do

• Launch retention campaigns, segmentation, and A/B tests.
• Calculate promo economics and effectiveness of activities.
• Work with metrics: MAU/DAU, LTV, ARPU, GGR, NGR.

What we need

• Experience in iGaming, working with gamification and promo systems.
• Understanding of motivational cycles and analytics (Tableau, Power BI).
