Influencer Marketing Team Lead

We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Team Lead to develop the existing direction, manage a team, and establish processes and KPIs. Focus on international markets (MENA, Africa, Asia) and channels: TikTok, Telegram, Instagram, YouTube. Work with analytics, performance, and budgets.

What you'll do

• Manage a team of up to 5 people
• Develop the existing Influencer Marketing direction
• Work with international markets (MENA, Africa, Asia)
• Use channels: TikTok, Telegram, Instagram, YouTube
• Analyze performance and manage budgets
• Influence strategy and scaling of the direction

What we need

• 5+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing
• Experience managing a team
• International experience
• Understanding of performance approach and metrics
• Russian and English B2+

Nice to have

• Experience from fintech, iGaming or digital products
