Senior DevOps Engineer

The company is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer with experience designing production Kubernetes clusters for high RPS, managing CI/CD, and implementing observability. The role is remote (outside Russia) on a B2B contract basis.

What you'll do

• Design and manage production Kubernetes clusters with high RPS.
• Implement autoscaling, network policies, and complex ingress architecture.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI, ArgoCD, GitHub Actions.
• Set up and maintain monitoring and logging system (Prometheus, VictoriaMetrics, Grafana, Loki/ELK).
• Handle incidents and ensure high availability.
• Work with baremetal servers as needed.

What we need

• Experience designing production Kubernetes clusters for high RPS.
• At least 5 years of DevOps experience.
• Experience with AWS/GCP/Azure in production, Kubernetes, Terraform.
• CI/CD (GitLab CI, ArgoCD, GitHub Actions).
• Observability: Prometheus, VictoriaMetrics, Grafana, Loki/ELK.
• Experience with highload, incidents, Linux (Ubuntu/Debian).
• Willingness to work with baremetal (no deep hardware knowledge required).
