Lead of Design
Employer Location —Schedule flexible schedule
The buying team of the company is looking for a team lead to manage the design department. Requires experience in managing designers and creating ad creatives for traffic arbitrage.
What you'll do
- Distribute tasks among designers, monitor deadlines and workload
- Check the quality of creatives before launching: composition, readability, formats for ad networks
- Review and edit briefs generated by AI
- Catch errors and refine to an acceptable state
- Independently create briefs from sketches and references
- Monitor spy services (AdHeart, Facebook Ad Library, SpyHero) and find working approaches from competitors
- Build a reference library and propose new visual concepts
What we need
- Mandatory experience as a team lead of designers
- Experience in designing ad creatives for traffic arbitrage
- Understanding what a conversion creative is, not just a 'pretty picture'
- Independence: get an idea = turn into a ready brief and result
- Experience with spy services
