Affiliate Manager

The employer is looking for a talented Affiliate Manager to ensure sustainable sales growth through effective management of the partner network, attracting new partners, and optimizing work with existing ones. The role involves working with a CPA network, webmasters, and traffic sources, analyzing metrics, and selling offers to partners.

What you'll do

• Build and develop long-term partner relationships with webmasters, handle objections
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize the existing partner base
• Receive incoming traffic and onboard new registrations
• Network at online and offline events to sell the company's USP to partners
• Study webmasters' traffic sources, select and sell relevant offers to monetize traffic
• Set up and monitor the performance of postbacks
• Maintain reporting

What we need

• At least 2 years of experience in affiliate programs
• Understanding of CPA network and partner program specifics, principles of working with partners, and traffic source types (ASO, SEO, inAPP, PPC, FB, UAC)
• Excellent communication skills: articulate speech, ability to quickly build rapport with partners and establish productive, friendly relationships, resolve conflicts, and handle objections
• Ability to collect and analyze key statistical metrics
• Knowledge of the market, target audience, client types, and competitors
• Initiative, responsibility, and a drive to earn

• Knowledge of foreign languages
