Team Leader Google Crypto

The company is looking for a Team Leader Google Crypto to lead a team of media buyers working with Google Ads in the crypto vertical. Requires 2+ years in crypto, deep understanding of Google Ads and Demand Gen. Offers a high fixed rate and team profit share, office in Kyiv.

What you'll do

• Build and scale the Google Ads department
• Work with large advertising budgets
• Manage a team of media buyers
• Optimize and scale ad campaigns
• Develop strategies to increase profit

What we need

• At least 2 years of experience in crypto vertical
• Deep understanding of Google Ads and Demand Gen
• Experience launching, optimizing, and scaling ad campaigns
• Experience managing a team or readiness to lead one
• Ability to build processes and scale profitable connections
• Experience working with large advertising budgets
• Leadership skills, responsibility, and result orientation
