Affiliate Manager (UZ / AZ / TR / BD)

We are looking for an Affiliate Manager focused on Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Turkey, and Bangladesh. Requires 2+ years in affiliate management / iGaming, experience with the specified GEOs, sourcing and attracting affiliate partners and media buying teams. Knowledge of CPA / RevShare / Hybrid, FTD, ROI, LTV. English B2–C1. Office work in Warsaw.

What you'll do

• Sourcing and attracting affiliate partners and media buying teams.
• Working with the specified GEOs: Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Turkey, Bangladesh.
• Managing affiliate programs under CPA / RevShare / Hybrid models.
• Tracking and optimizing key metrics: FTD, ROI, LTV.

What we need

• 2+ years in Affiliate Management / iGaming.
• Experience with the specified GEOs (UZ / AZ / TR / BD).
• Sourcing and attracting affiliate partners and media buying teams.
• Knowledge of CPA / RevShare / Hybrid, FTD, ROI, LTV.
• English B2–C1.

Nice to have

• Experience with X-platforms.
• Own base of partners.
