SMM Manager

International online iGaming project seeks an SMM Manager to manage social media (Instagram, Telegram, Twitter, Facebook) and create content. Fully remote.

What you'll do

• Create and post content (photos, videos, Reels, Stories)
• Launch contests, giveaways, engagement mechanics
• Manage social media: Instagram, Telegram, Twitter, Facebook (BR/MX), YouTube in future
• Work with AI/neural networks (idea generation, text, images, video)
• Set up analytics: UTM, linking SMM metrics to registrations and deposits

What we need

• 2-3 years of SMM experience in iGaming
• Understanding of gambling audience psychology
• Advanced Instagram skills (algorithms, Reels, shadow bans)
• Telegram experience: growing from scratch, native sales, auto-funnels via bots
• Ability to create viral mechanics (giveaways, challenges)
• Basic knowledge of Figma / CapCut
• Analytics skills: Meta Business Suite, TGStat, LiveDune, UTM

Nice to have

• Experience with LatAm region (Mexico, Brazil, Argentina)
• Knowledge of Spanish or Portuguese
• Experience running a YouTube channel from scratch
• Skills in bypassing blocks
• Experience with split accounts
