VIP Manager

An international iGaming project is looking for a VIP Manager with German language skills for remote work. Responsibilities: communication with VIP clients, retention and development of the client base, working with retention KPIs.

What we need

• Fluent German (C1 or higher)
• Excellent communication skills and high level of empathy

Nice to have

• Experience in Customer Support, Sales, Retention or iGaming
