VIP Manager (with German)

An international iGaming project is looking for a VIP Manager with German language skills. Remote work. Fixed salary + commission.

What you'll do

• Communicating with VIP clients via phone, chat, and email
• Retaining and developing the client base, personal support
• Working with KPIs and retention metrics

What we need

• Fluent German
• Excellent communication skills, high level of empathy

Nice to have

• Experience in Customer Support, Sales, Retention or iGaming
