CPO | Chief Product Officer (Adult AI)

An international AI product that creates 18+ photo and video content with AI and develops Telegram Mini Apps is looking for a CPO. The candidate will own the product portfolio and product economics, independently deciding which products and directions to grow and which to stop. Experience with Adult / AI / high-risk products is a big plus.

What you'll do

• Manage the portfolio of AI products: photo/video generation, AI Companion, Telegram Mini Apps and other directions
• Set product priorities: what to scale, what to freeze, and what not to launch
• Build the roadmap and defend the team's product focus
• Own the end-to-end funnel: visit → registration → free generation → payment → repeat purchase / LTV / refund
• Prioritize hypotheses based on impact on revenue and key metrics
• Connect product, traffic, content and billing into a single economics model
• Analyze churn points and find the main levers for growing CR and LTV
• Build a product hypothesis system: priority → spec → metric → scale / kill decision
• Lead product managers and set a high bar for product work quality
• Synchronize product work with design, AI, backend, QA and engineering
• When needed, dive hands-on into the product, metrics, specs and scope
• Make decisions independently and not offload them onto the founder

What we need

• Experience as CPO / Head of Product with real ownership of the product
• Experience managing multiple products or a product portfolio
• Understanding of product economics and P&L
• Experience with end-to-end funnels and performance metrics
• Ability to work with CR, LTV, CPA, refund, conversion to payment and other key metrics
• Experience working with paid traffic and billing
• Strong product analytics and hypothesis prioritization skills
• Ability to make decisions based on data, not only product intuition
• Experience managing product managers / designers / engineering
• Willingness to cut scope and drop weak initiatives independently
• Hands-on approach: not afraid to walk the funnel, look at the numbers and dig into a problem
• High level of ownership and autonomy
