Senior Operations Manager

An international FinTech project developing payment solutions for high-risk businesses is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The role involves managing operational teams, scaling processes, and improving business efficiency. Work is focused on the Ukraine GEO; candidates outside Russia, Belarus, and Uzbekistan are considered.

What you'll do

• Manage the daily work of several operational teams
• Coordinate Team Leads and monitor KPI achievement
• Analyze processes, identify growth areas, and implement improvements
• Optimize internal regulations and operational processes
• Build effective cross-departmental collaboration
• Participate in launching new projects and process automation
• Develop teams and help managers achieve target metrics

What we need

• Experience as Senior Operations Manager / Operations Lead / Head of Operations
• Experience managing multiple teams simultaneously
• Understanding of KPIs, SLAs, and operational analytics
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to make independent decisions
• Experience in a dynamic and fast-growing environment

Nice to have

• Experience in FinTech, iGaming, payment systems, or other high-load projects
• Experience in automating and scaling operational processes
