Content Team Lead

Our team is looking for a Content Department Lead who can optimize team performance and improve metrics.

What you'll do

• Manage a team of content managers, organize and control department workflow;
• Develop, optimize and implement content strategy;
• Continuously analyze engagement and adjust content plan based on audience response.

What we need

• Experience in a similar role for at least 1 year;
• Practical understanding of ROMI, conversions, and other key content campaign performance metrics;
• Successful experience in team management, development, and coordination;
• Experience with LATAM geo;
• Experience in developing and implementing content strategies for traffic arbitrage and binary options verticals (forex is a plus).
