Senior Affiliate Manager

An international iGaming company is looking for a Senior Affiliate Manager to grow its affiliate direction: sourcing and onboarding partners, negotiating terms, launching partners and monitoring traffic quality, and managing up to 5 operators simultaneously. Requires 2–3+ years of experience on the iGaming product or network side, strong English (B2/C1), and Armenian citizenship.

What you'll do

• Source and attract new affiliate partners
• Build and develop long-term relationships with affiliates
• Negotiate and agree on cooperation terms
• Launch new partners and oversee the integration process
• Track results and traffic quality
• Work with partner KPIs and performance metrics
• Liaise with iGaming operators and internal teams
• Manage up to 5 operators simultaneously
• Develop the affiliate direction in assigned geos

What we need

• 2–3+ years of experience as an Affiliate Manager on the iGaming product/network side
• Experience working with affiliate networks, operators, or iGaming products
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to independently source and onboard new partners
• English — strong B2 / C1 or above
• Armenian citizenship
