Team Lead Google (Crypto/Gambling)

We are looking for a Team Lead Google (Crypto/Gambling). The company provides unlimited budgets, robust infrastructure, and exclusive rates. The role involves running your own ad campaigns and managing a team of media buyers.

What you'll do

• Playing coach: run your own campaigns (set the bar) and manage a group of media buyers.
• Scaling: allocate budgets (from $5k/day initially) and maximize the team's combos.
• Strategy: implement top approaches (PMax, Demand Gen, strict moderation bypass in crypto).
• Orchestration: set tasks for the farm department and tech guys so your buyers only run and test.

What we need

• Experience in Google Ads from 2 years (personal spend from $2k/day in tough niches).
• Experience managing or mentoring media buyers.
• Knowledge of crypto insider: cloaking, bans, postbacks, Keitaro.
• Ability to think in metrics (EPC, CR, ROI, LTV) and ruthlessly cut negative tests.
