Retention Manager

We are looking for an experienced Retention Manager to join a stable arbitration team. Vertical: Forex (white), GEO: CIS, Spain. Schedule: 6/1.

What you'll do

Client retention
Re-trading
Client support
Re-deposit (stimulating additional deposits)

What we need

Male, age 27–40
Experience in forex/binary options of 3+ years
Communication skills (calmly working with clients without pressure)
Trading knowledge
Spreadsheet skills (Excel)
Data-driven approach, systematic thinking, empathy, fast learning

Nice to have

Spanish language skills
