Affiliate Lead (LATAM)

A major international iGaming holding is seeking an Affiliate Lead to develop the affiliate vertical in LATAM markets. The role involves building partner networks, managing channel performance, and attending industry events. Fully remote.

What you'll do

• Develop and scale the affiliate direction in LATAM markets
• Build and develop the partner network: webmasters, media buying teams, affiliate networks, and influencers
• Form and implement a strategy for traffic acquisition through the affiliate channel
• Manage affiliate channel effectiveness and find new growth points
• Develop the company's presence in the affiliate community and participate in industry events

What we need

• Experience in iGaming (LATAM markets)
• Experience in independent partner search and acquisition
• Understanding of affiliate models (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid)
• Experience working with webmasters, affiliate networks, and arbitrage teams
• Understanding of key traffic quality and performance metrics
