CRM Specialist (VIP)

An international iGaming project is looking for a CRM Specialist to develop its VIP direction. Responsibilities include designing VIP promotions and bonus mechanics, user segmentation, automated CRM scenarios, and VIP retention and reactivation mechanics. The role is remote, targeting Tier-2 / Tier-3 GEOs (Uzbekistan, African countries, Russia).

What you'll do

• Design VIP promotions and bonus mechanics tailored to user types
• Develop user segmentation and automated CRM scenarios
• Develop retention and reactivation mechanics for VIP clients

What we need

• About 1 year of CRM experience
• iGaming experience required
• Experience with Tier-2 / Tier-3 GEOs (Uzbekistan, African countries, Russia)
