Affiliate Manager

The largest bookmaker in Russia with 30 years of experience. Seeking an Affiliate Manager to ensure effective interaction with webmasters and partners to grow quality traffic. Office or hybrid work in Moscow.

What you'll do

• Find, attract and develop partners for the affiliate program
• Set up and manage affiliate traffic tracking systems
• Process incoming requests, negotiate and sign agreements with partners (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid)
• Analyze campaign effectiveness and optimize ROI
• Monitor partners for fraud, check traffic for KPI compliance
• Ensure timely reconciliation and payment of partner rewards

What we need

• At least 1 year of experience in affiliate marketing
• Experience with affiliate systems on the product side (offers, postbacks, statistics)
• Understanding of CPA, RevShare, Hybrid models
• Campaign analysis skills and experience with Google Analytics, Excel
• Experience in fraud detection
• English – oral and written
