Head Affiliate

A dynamic digital company (name under NDA), successfully growing for over 2 years, is looking for a Head Affiliate. Field: iGaming. Relocation to Cyprus (Limassol).

What you'll do

• Formation and development of affiliate directions for Tier 1-3 GEO
• Hiring, onboarding and management of the affiliate team, setting and monitoring KPIs
• Search, attraction and onboarding of Tier 1-3 partners
• Development and scaling of the existing partner base
• Analysis of traffic, quality, ROI, LTV and scaling of effective bundles
• Search and testing of new sources and approaches
• Control of calculations and payments to partners
• Optimization and setup of internal processes in the affiliate department
• Representation of the affiliate program at international conferences and events

What we need

• Experience in CPA / Affiliate marketing for 2+ years
• Experience as Head Affiliate for at least 1 year
• Proven experience with Tier 1-3 GEO (EU, UK, CA, AU, etc.)
• Deep understanding of the CPA market, traffic arbitrage and iGaming vertical
• Understanding and practical experience with sources: TikTok Ads, UAC, PPC, ASO, SEO, Influence, Push, Popunder / Clickunder
• Team management experience (hiring, motivation, KPI, performance management)
• Ability to work with numbers, analytics and reporting (Excel / Google Sheets)
• Skills in JIRA / Slack / Notion or similar systems
• Strong communication skills and partner-oriented approach
• English language from B2
• Proactivity, focus on results and growth
