Head Affiliate

A dynamic digital company in iGaming is looking for a Head Affiliate for relocation to Cyprus (Limassol). The candidate will build and develop affiliate channels for Tier 1-3 GEOs, manage a team, recruit partners, and optimize processes.

What we need

• 2+ years of experience in CPA / Affiliate marketing
• 1+ year of experience as Head Affiliate
• Proven experience with Tier 1-3 GEOs (EU, UK, CA, AU, etc.)
• Deep understanding of CPA market, traffic arbitrage, and iGaming vertical
• Understanding and practical experience with sources: TikTok Ads, UAC, PPC, ASO, SEO, Influence, Push, Popunder / Clickunder
• Team management experience (hiring, motivation, KPI, performance management)
• Ability to work with numbers, analytics, and reporting (Excel / Google Sheets)
• Skills in JIRA / Slack / Notion or similar systems
• Strong communication skills and partner-oriented approach
• English at least B2
• Proactivity, result and growth orientation
