Product Operations Manager

We are looking for a Product Operations Manager for a project on the BetB2B platform. Remote work. GEO: CIS, Central Asia, Africa. Tasks include setting tasks in a tracker, coordinating marketing, design and development, monitoring the service and helping the PM with the backlog.

What you'll do

• Setting tasks in the tracker and acceptance
• Working with Google Sheets and Forms
• Synchronizing marketing, design and development
• Monitoring the service and escalating bugs
• Writing technical specifications for landing pages and chatbots
• Helping the PM with the backlog

What we need

• At least 1 year in product/project support, coordination or operations
• Proficient in MS/Google Office

Nice to have

• Experience with Asana/Jira/Trello
• Experience with A/B tests
