Media Buyer / Team Lead (Gambling)

A media buying team, operating for 6 months, is looking for a media buyer and team lead to scale traffic on Tier 2/3 and Tier 1. Office in Prague, relocation and housing covered by the company. Requires 2+ years of gambling experience, spend from 40k, ROI from 30%.

What you'll do

• Launching and optimizing ad campaigns on Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, In-App, UAC/Unity.
• Scaling traffic on Tier 2/3 (and Tier 1 for Senior).
• Working with CPA and Spend/CPA models in gambling.
• For Team Lead: managing the team and personally running traffic.

What we need

• 2+ years of relevant experience in Gambling (CPA + Spend/CPA).
• Experience with Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3 GEO.
• Spend from 40k, ROI from 30%.
• Up-to-date Keitaro statistics for the last 2–3 months.
• Honesty about experience and reasons for changing teams.
• For Team Lead: must be actively running traffic, with relevant Tier 3 experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with ASO, ASA.
