Our team is looking for a specialist who can build an effective financial accounting and analytics system, enhance control over cash flows and money movement schemes, and directly influence the team's financial results. Responsibilities include deep data analysis (ROI, ROAS, cost per lead/deposit, unit economics), monitoring campaign effectiveness, forecasting, reporting, dashboarding, and cost optimization.
What you'll do
- Deep data analysis: ROI, ROAS, cost per lead/deposit, project unit economics.
- Monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns, buyers, verticals, and geos.
- Forecasting and analyzing the ROI of tests and funnels.
- Preparing reports and dashboards for team leads, buyers, and CFO.
- Identifying cost leaks and providing optimization recommendations.
- Analyzing competitors and market trends from a financial perspective.
What we need
- Experience as a financial analyst in traffic arbitrage teams.
- Understanding of unit economics and financial planning.

- Higher education in economics.
