An international company in active growth phase in LATAM markets is looking for a Head of Operations to manage daily operations, payment infrastructure, KYC, anti-fraud, and Support, Payments, Risk & Anti-Fraud teams.
What we need
- 2-4 years of experience in iGaming as Head of Operations / Operations Manager / Payments Manager
- Hands-on experience with payment flows, KYC, PSP, anti-fraud, and support operations
- Understanding of retention and customer lifecycle
- Ability to build processes in a fast-growing environment
- Systematic thinking, high level of autonomy
- Experience managing teams and operational KPIs
