We are looking for a Team Lead to head a team of media buyers in traffic arbitrage. We work with Tier 1 GEOs, manage large budgets, and ensure stable payouts and transparent processes.
What we need
- At least 1 year of experience as a Team Lead in traffic arbitrage
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook Ads
- Strong understanding of unit economics and arbitrage math
- Developed strategic thinking and creative intuition
- Experience managing large budgets ($100k+ per month)
