Team Lead Media Buyer (Facebook)
Employer Location —Comp Competitive fixed salary + percentage of the team's net profit. Discussed individually based on interview results.
We are looking for a strong Team Lead who is ready to lead a team of media buyers and take performance to the next level. We are a stable team with our own traffic and fully established infrastructure. We have been working in traffic arbitrage for over 5 years.
What you'll do
- Leading a team of buyers (current team size + planned growth).
- Full budget management and allocation across campaigns.
- Searching for and testing new campaigns, working with creatives and optimizing them.
- Deep analytics, monitoring unit economics, and maintaining stable ROI.
What we need
- At least 1 year of experience as a Team Lead in traffic arbitrage.
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook Ads.
- Strong understanding of unit economics and arbitrage math.
- Developed strategic thinking and a strong eye for creatives.
- Experience managing large budgets (from $100k+ per month).
