Motion Designer / AI Creator

We are looking for editors with a strong foundation in video editing and understanding of dynamic advertising content to join a fast-growing team. The main task is creating static and video ads for the buying department.

What you'll do

• creating static and video ads
• work process: receive brief → execute → deliver final material
• work exclusively with the buying department and buyers
• editing dynamic videos with frequent scene changes and audience retention
• sound editing (tracks, noise reduction, etc.)
• creating simple animations
• using visual hooks in ads

What we need

• strong proficiency in After Effects or DaVinci Resolve
• basic and advanced video editing
• understanding of ad creatives and content dynamics
• advanced proficiency with ElevenLabs and SyncLabs
• portfolio
• own PC/laptop for work
• willingness to work full-time

Nice to have

• work in Photoshop, Figma, and other editors
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• understanding of AI tools and video content generation
