Legal Manager
Employer —Location Serbia (remote)
We are looking for a Legal Manager for an international iGaming company. Remote work from Serbia.
What you'll do
- Registration and support of legal entities in international jurisdictions, maintenance of corporate documentation.
- Opening corporate bank accounts, supporting KYC/AML processes, and liaising with banks.
- Preparation of corporate documents and contracts, interaction with external legal consultants and internal teams.
What we need
- Higher legal education and experience in international corporate law.
- English - fluent.
