Legal Manager

An international iGaming company is looking for a Legal Manager to handle registration and support of legal entities in international jurisdictions, maintain corporate documentation, and liaise with banks and external consultants.

What you'll do

• Register and support legal entities in international jurisdictions, maintain corporate documentation.
• Open corporate bank accounts, support KYC/AML processes, and interface with banks.
• Prepare corporate documents and contracts, liaise with external legal consultants and internal teams.

What we need

• Higher legal education and experience in international corporate law.
• English — fluent (C1).
