Affiliate Manager CPA (Middle/Senior)

The company is looking for an Affiliate Manager CPA (Middle/Senior) with experience in iGaming. The role involves partner acquisition, traffic monitoring, and attending conferences. Remote work, flexible schedule, and bonuses are offered.

What you'll do

• Search, attract, and onboard new affiliate partners.
• Develop the partner network and manage deals under CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid models.
• Daily traffic quality monitoring, KPI control, and campaign optimization.
• Set up tracking (Postback, S2S), work with analytics systems and internal dashboards.
• Participate in major global conferences to expand contact pool.
• Close interaction with product and marketing to improve the funnel.

What we need

• At least 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing (strictly in iGaming niche).
• Deep understanding of affiliate platforms and mechanics of CPA, CPL, RevShare.
• Proficient with trackers and understanding of traffic attribution principles.
• Negotiation skills and ability to find win-win solutions in complex cases.
• English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
