Senior Affiliate Manager - Philippines Market

An iGaming company is looking for a Senior Affiliate Manager for the Philippines market. 100% remote, fixed basic salary plus KPI bonus. Requires at least 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, fluency in the local language and English B2, strong understanding of CPA, RevShare, hybrid deals, affiliate models, and traffic acquisition.

What you'll do

• Manage the affiliate program in the Philippines market
• Recruit and develop new affiliates
• Negotiate CPA, RevShare, and hybrid deals
• Analyze traffic performance and optimize campaigns

What we need

• At least 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing
• Fluency in the local language (Filipino) and English B2
• Strong understanding of CPA, RevShare, hybrid deals, affiliate models, and traffic acquisition
• Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach
• Proactive, organized, and results-oriented personality
