CRM / Retention Manager (Email/SMS)

The employer is looking for a CRM / Retention Manager for a Sweepstakes project targeting the US market. The role involves creating converting Email/SMS campaigns, building Welcome, Retention, Win-back and VIP flows, segmenting users, and optimizing campaigns through A/B testing. Office or remote from Prague, B2B contract, English B2+ required.

What you'll do

• Create converting Email/SMS for the US audience: copy, subject lines and CTAs.
• Build Welcome, Retention, Win-back and VIP flows, segment users of Sweepstakes/Casino platforms.
• Launch and optimize campaigns, run A/B tests and analyze Conversion, Retention, Reactivation and Revenue.
• Develop bonuses and offers together with Marketing, Traffic and Product teams.
• Analyze the US market, propose growth ideas and comply with Email/SMS marketing and Responsible Gaming requirements.

What we need

• At least 1 year of experience in CRM / Retention / Lifecycle marketing.
• English B2+, ability to independently write converting Email/SMS for the US audience.
• Experience with automated flows, segmentation, A/B testing and working with Braze, Klaviyo, Iterable, Optimove, Customer.io or similar.
• Knowledge of CAN-SPAM, TCPA or willingness to learn quickly.

• Experience in Sweepstakes / Online Casino / iGaming / Betting.
• Experience working with the US market.
• Experience in VIP / Player Retention.
• Experience working with large user bases.
• Experience collaborating with Performance Marketing / Traffic Acquisition.
