Affiliate Manager (Fintech | India)

We are looking for an Affiliate Manager for a fast-growing fintech project operating in the Indian market. We need an initiative-taking person who is ready not only to work with partners but to build their own team using an existing system and be responsible for its results.

What you'll do

• Develop your own team
• Process, onboard, and support new partners
• Build, train, and manage your own team of managers and sub-affiliates
• Be responsible for team efficiency, KPI achievement, and financial targets
• Analyze ROI, payback, traffic volumes, and quality of acquired clients
• Control investments, budget allocation, and effectiveness of spending
• Negotiate with partners and develop long-term relationships
• Work closely with management, marketing, and other departments to scale the direction
• Regularly prepare performance reports and propose growth solutions

What we need

• Experience in Affiliate Marketing
• People management experience or understanding of team building principles
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of key metrics: ROI, CPA
• Ability to take responsibility for financial results and make data-driven decisions
• Good communication skills and leadership qualities
• Russian language for internal team communication
• English at least B1 for communication with partners and clients
• High level of self-organization and desire to develop your own direction within the company
