What we need

  • Experience in igaming: at least 1-2 years
  • Experience with LATAM: understanding of mentality, expectations, and behavioral patterns of players
  • Spanish language proficiency from B1
  • Experience leading a support team
  • Understanding of ticketing systems and CRM
