Client Success Manager

We are looking for a Client Success Manager to develop client relationships in A2P and iGaming. The main focus is on client support, growing their business, and building long-term partnerships. Remote work.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain client relationships in A2P and iGaming.
• Support clients and help grow their business.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Ensure long-term partnerships.

What we need

• Experience in Client Success / Account Management
• Experience with A2P Messaging / Telecom — must have
• Upsell / cross-sell skills and end-to-end client management
• Strong communication skills
• English C1

Nice to have

• Understanding of iGaming / Betting
• Russian language
• Experience with CRM and analytics
