Lawyer in iGaming

The company is seeking a lawyer with expertise in international and corporate law to manage contracts, licensing, and legal risks. The role involves working with foreign contractors and supporting the product team.

What you'll do

• Review and approve contracts with contractors.
• Study foreign legislation and work with contractors on registration, licensing, and ongoing operations of foreign companies.
• Work with documents for the team, corporate resolutions, and other documents for the holding's needs.
• Analyze legal risks and provide recommendations for mitigation.
• Interact with the CPO and provide legal support at all stages of product creation.

What we need

• Higher legal education.
• Excellent knowledge of international and corporate law, including registration, licensing, and interaction with foreign jurisdictions.
• Ability to identify legal risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Skills in interacting with teams, contractors, and external counterparties.
• Professional English at B2 level.
