Affiliate Manager (LATAM)
Employer —Location Cyprus / remote
We are looking for an Affiliate Manager for a new online casino and sportsbook project focused on Mexico, Colombia, Chile, and Argentina. The role combines affiliate acquisition, partner account management, traffic analytics, and operational support. Fluent Spanish and iGaming experience required.
What we need
- Experience in iGaming, affiliate / partner marketing
- Good practical understanding of CPA, RevShare and hybrid models
- Hands-on experience with tracking, postbacks, attribution and affiliate reporting
- Ability to analyze traffic quality and affiliate performance through key business metrics
- Experience working with the LATAM market
- Fluent Spanish
- Working English
Nice to have
- Working knowledge of Ahrefs, Semrush, Similarweb or similar SEO / competitive intelligence tools
- Experience with BetConstruct and Income Access
- Existing network of affiliate contacts
