What you'll do
- Launch and optimize paid campaigns
- Generate and scale qualified leads
- Improve CPL, CAC, and conversion rates
- Test audiences, creatives, and channels
- Collaborate with Product Marketing and Sales
What we need
- 1+ year in Performance Marketing
- Experience with B2B lead generation
- Knowledge of paid social, retargeting, analytics, and A/B testing
