SMM Manager

We are looking for an SMM Manager to develop social media for an the company. Work with audience, analytics, and growth of key metrics.

What you'll do

• Develop SMM strategy and content plan considering promotions, sports events, and business goals
• Generate ideas for posts, Stories, short-form video, and Telegram content
• Write texts in the brand's tone of voice
• Set tasks for designers and control execution quality
• Analyze social media metrics: reach, engagement, audience growth, and conversions
• Test hypotheses, launch new sections and content formats
• Interact with design, marketing, and retention teams

What we need

• 2+ years of experience in SMM / Social Media / Content Marketing
• Ability to independently manage content plan and create brand content
• Understanding of social media analytics and ability to work with metrics
• Proficient writing skills and ability to adapt to brand tone of voice
• Proficiency in Instagram, Telegram, TikTok, VK, and YouTube Shorts
• Experience with analytics services, Google Docs/Sheets, Notion, Jira, or Trello
• English at B1–B2 level is a plus

Nice to have

• Experience in betting, iGaming, entertainment, or fintech
• Skills in Canva, CapCut, and Figma
• Use of AI tools in content processes
