SMM Manager

We are looking for an SMM Manager to develop social media for an international iGaming brand. The role includes developing content strategy, creating content, and analytics. Fully remote work.

What you'll do

• Develop SMM strategy and content plan considering promo activities, sports events, and business goals;
• Generate ideas for posts, Stories, short-form video, and Telegram content;
• Write copy in the brand's tone of voice;
• Assign tasks to designers and monitor execution quality;
• Analyze social media metrics: reach, engagement, audience growth, and clicks;
• Test hypotheses, launch new columns and content formats;
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and retention teams.

What we need

• At least 2 years of experience in SMM / Social Media / Content Marketing;
• Ability to independently manage a content plan and create content for the brand;
• Understanding of social media analytics and ability to work with metrics;
• Proficient in writing copy and adapting it to the brand's tone of voice;
• Proficiency in Instagram, Telegram, TikTok, VK, and YouTube Shorts;
• Experience with analytics services, Google Docs/Sheets, Notion, Jira, or Trello;

Nice to have

• Experience in betting, iGaming, entertainment, or fintech;
• Skills in Canva, CapCut, and Figma;
• Use of AI tools in content processes.
