Head of Sales for a new betting project

A new iGaming direction is looking for a partner to take the vertical under their wing: build the funnel from Telegram channel subscriber to deposit, bring the channel to stable profit and scale the result. At the next stage, they will need to assemble and build their own team. The format is fully remote, with pay as a share of profit and no fixed component.

What you'll do

• Develop and run the content plan for a capper channel: predictions, analytics, breakdowns and engaging content
• Work with traffic from the Telegram channel
• Bring the channel to stable profit
• Scale successful results
• At the next stage, hire and build a team of cappers, content makers and retention managers

What we need

• Understand how the betting funnel through a Telegram channel works
• Be able to build working processes independently
• Have experience launching capper channels
• Have experience working with FD and RD
• Be ready to handle tasks independently at first in order to delegate them later

Nice to have

• Experience hiring and managing a team
• Knowledge of the LATAM market, including local leagues, payment solutions and audience behavior specifics
