Team Lead / Head of Farm (Facebook)

The employer is looking for a Team Lead or Head of Farm to support media buying with high traffic volumes on Facebook. Both team leads with an existing team and senior farmers with current expertise are considered. The role covers supplying buyers with working ad accounts, testing setups and consumables, and managing a team of farmers.

What you'll do

• Provide buyers with working ad accounts and close requests on volume and deadlines
• Build and test setups and rebuild funnels/chains
• Purchase and test consumables, source and vet sellers
• Manage farmers: hire, train, distribute workload, and control quality

What we need

• Team Lead experience of 6+ months or Senior Farmer FB experience of 12+ months
• Confident work with Business Managers, ad accounts, antidetect browsers, proxies, and payment accounts
• Own supplier base and understanding of which consumables work and which are junk
• Experience surviving ban waves: understanding causes of bans, checks, and account losses
