VIP Manager (Spanish Market)

The employer, an iGaming company, is looking for a VIP Manager for the Spanish market. Responsibilities include growing the VIP base, retaining and reactivating users, and delivering personalized bonus offers to increase player activity. The role is remote and requires 1+ year of VIP Management / iGaming experience plus fluent Spanish and Russian.

What you'll do

• Growing the VIP base, retaining and reactivating users
• Creating personalized bonus offers and increasing player activity
• Working personally with VIP users
• Applying CRM, retention and VIP mechanics and running bonus campaigns
• Tracking Retention, Repeat Deposits, LTV and Churn metrics
• Influencing retention and developing the VIP direction within an international team

What we need

• 1+ year of experience in VIP Management / iGaming
• Spanish — Native / C1
• Russian — fluent (required)
• Experience working personally with VIP users
• Understanding of CRM, retention, VIP mechanics and bonus campaigns
• Knowledge of Retention, Repeat Deposits, LTV and Churn metrics
• Analytical mindset and results orientation
