CRM Manager

An iGaming company (employer undisclosed) is looking for a CRM Manager to build retention mechanics and grow product metrics. The role is fully remote. The candidate will manage the CRM function, launch email, SMS and push campaigns, develop bonus scenarios, and analyze funnels.

What you'll do

• Manage the CRM function: segments, attributes, events, campaigns, triggers
• Launch email, SMS, and web/APK push campaigns
• Develop bonus campaigns, retention and reactivation scenarios
• Run A/B tests and analyze funnels
• Work with behavioral and financial segmentation

What we need

• 2+ years of experience in iGaming (required)
• Knowledge of CRM mechanics: segmentation, Broadcast, Liquid, triggers
• Knowledge of product metrics: LTV, ARPU, Churn, DAU/MAU
