A fast-growing iGaming project operating in LATAM markets is looking for a Senior CRM Manager to launch and optimize CRM campaigns, build lifecycle sequences, and develop the bonus system.

What you'll do

• Launch and optimize CRM campaigns, segment players, personalize communications
• Build lifecycle and trigger sequences
• Analyze effectiveness and improve key metrics
• Develop bonus system and work with bonus mechanics
• Participate in CRM strategy

What we need

• Experience as CRM Manager for 2-3 years
• Experience with CRM platforms and automation
• Ability to independently set up campaigns
• Understanding of segmentation and trigger logic
